I believe literacy is the foundation for success. I consider it a great privilege to support educators in designing and implementing authentic literacy frameworks and providing teachers with the skills to equip every student to succeed. I have served in education since 1998 and have experience in a variety of roles: teacher, instructional coach, interventionist, trainer, consultant, and program coordinator at the campus and regional levels. Throughout those years, I have helped organizations and individuals reimagine and turn around what sometimes seemed to be impossible situations.  I am passionate about coaching professionals in their craft and helping organizations make a lasting, positive impact on the programs and people they serve.
